Our standard

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We take our responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act seriously.

What this site does

Works with a keyboard alone, with a "Skip to content" link and visible focus rings.
Uses color pairs that meet AA contrast. Our red is kept for large headlines only.
Describes every meaningful image in text. Decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
Uses real headings, landmarks and labeled form fields.
Supports browser zoom to 200% and respects your "reduce motion" setting.
Has an accessibility button in the bottom-left corner: bigger text, high contrast, stop motion, underlined links and readable spacing.
Is tested with automated WCAG checks on every page at desktop and phone widths.

At the restaurant

We'll publish details about entry, seating and restrooms here before we open. Service animals are always welcome. Our staff will read the menu aloud and walk you through ordering.

Third-party services

Some features, like online ordering and maps, come from outside providers we don't fully control. If one gets in your way, email us and we'll take your order or answer your question directly.
